**REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:**
**Cancellation by Customer:**
72+ hours (3 days) before session:
– Full refund minus nature reserve permit fees
– Refund processed within 5-7 business days
48-72 hours before session:
– 50% refund
– Permit fees non-refundable
Less than 48 hours:
– No refund
– One-time reschedule available (subject to availability)
No-show:
– No refund, no reschedule
Nature Reserve Permits:
– Permits must be purchased from Cape Nature in advance
– Non-refundable under all circumstances
– Deducted from all refunds
**Cancellation by Provider (Weather/Safety):**
– 100% refund (including permits) OR reschedule with priority booking
– 24 hours notice when possible
**Refund Processing:**
– Processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days
– PayFast transaction fees non-refundable
**Operating Season:**
– August – April (weather dependent)
– Off-season May-July (possible on special requests)
